Collaboration Network Architect III
Insight Global is seeking a Collaboration Network Architect III with 5+ years of experience to support an academic medical system in Oklahoma City. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing voice and collaboration systems using Cisco technologies such as CUCM, Unity Connection, and Voice Gateways. They will focus on modernizing communication infrastructure, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader IT environment. The ideal candidate has experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and cloud-based voice platforms like Zoom Phone or RingCentral, along with a strong understanding of networking protocols like QoS, VLANs, and VPNs. This role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, maintaining technical documentation, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams. A bachelor's degree is required, and Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCVP are preferred. Compensation: $125,000 and up based on experience.
