DescriptionJob DescriptionFunctioning under the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the staff nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment and care of clinic patients. This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. The duties include, but are not limited to:Thorough documentation in electronic health record at every visit.Maintains a clean environmentInjections administered using the 7 patient administration rightsTimely call backs to patientsAssists with referrals as neededDaily checking and response to email communicationsDaily team huddlesActive, positive interaction with healthcare delivery teamEducation and ExperienceLicense to work as an LPN in the State of South CarolinaLPN Associate degree/diplomaBLS certificationSix to twelve months experience in a community health center or family practice setting is strongly preferred.LocationSociety Hill, SC (Rosa Lee Gerald)HoursMonday - Friday, 40 hours per week. $5,000 Sign - On Bonus AvailableCareSouth Carolina is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all.
