Location: 6400 Cedars Ct, Cedar Hill, MOHours/Shifts:Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for Night Shift. Day in the Life / ExpectationsProvide patient care to residentsComply with state and federal regulationWork collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requirements:Valid state license(s)Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skillsHigh integrity and well-grounded work ethicAgility and flexibility with changing prioritiesTeam-oriented and a practical team-playerProfessional demeanorAt least one year experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
