Part-time openings for All Shifts (NO PRN at this time)Day in the Life / Expectations as an LPN:Provide patient care to residentsComply with state and federal regulations.Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.?
