Position Summary The IT Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for the Administration, Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all IT Servers, Networking Equipment, Phones, Printers, etc. at all on premises locations and within the cloud. This position is also responsible for user account creation and maintenance and ensuring backups and DR strategies are properly running and valid. The IT Systems Administrator will work closely with the Network Security Administrator to ensure all systems are in compliance with current security standards and at running at optimal levels. Responsibilities Administer and maintain servers, SAN devices, phones (on-premises and cloud-based), and printers. Create and manage user accounts roles, and access control. Manage and maintain Veeam-based backup and disaster recovery systems, including bi-annual testing and validation. Oversee server infrastructure and Endpoint Central patch management systems. Provide day-to-day technology support for local and remote users.

Troubleshoot login issues, Windows 10, VPN connectivity, and software/hardware problems. Triage incoming service tickets and respond promptly to support requests.

Manage and support connectivity including SD-WAN, DMZ, VPN, WAN, LAN, VLAN, and intranet systems. Configure and manage Office 365 products in the GCC High environment, including Office, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Security Center. Maintain network and system security, including certificate management, Group policy configuration, Identity and access management, On-premises and Azure Active Directory, Security updates and patch management, and Two-factor authentication systems. Proactively identify and propose new IT solutions. Work with the IT team to ensure CMMC 2.0 and NIST compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve assigned support tickets and a timely and accurate manner. All other duties assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 5 + years relevant experience in System Administration. Administration and configuration of Windows Server 2012 R2 and later. VMware ESXi administration and support experience. Proficient in Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Experience in Network infrastructure support, including DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and Managed Switches. Proficient in Firewall configuration and management. Experience in management of SAN environments. Proficient in implementation and support of two-factor authentication. Experience with email and web filtering solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong ability to handle multiple projects with excellent follow through. Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with the following technologies: Azure, Barracuda Web and Email Filters, Cisco and Palo Alto Network Firewalls, Disaster Recovery, HP Aruba and Cisco Switches, Meraki Access Points, SSO and SAML, VEEAM, and Windows Server 2016 or 2019. Physical Requirements 1. This position is regularly exposed to the following conditions: Manufacturing, warehouse and office environment. While working near moving equipment, mechanical parts and lift trucks; must have the ability to follow safe operating procedures. May be exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals. 2. Must have the following physical abilities: Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, reach, and lift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a desk or table as well as machine tools or printers.
