Web Center- ( Full-Time, Remote, DayShift ) - Our mission is to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Our core values are compassion, excellence, humility, integrity, justice, teamwork and wholeness. The Web Designer-UX creates the look and feel of web pages for the LLUH external Web sites and intranet. Supports the LLUH Web Center team with both Internet and intranet design solutions that include User Research, User Experience, and User Interface. Develops designs that are aligned with the organization's brand and the ideas being promoted on the website. Participates in and provides guidance during the initial planning of a website, collaborating with Web Specialists and team members to discuss layout and organization ideas, creating a web experience tailored to the target audience. Handles ad-hoc web design projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IT, Business, or a related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of four years of experience in user experience or interface design, fine arts, graphic design, or publishing required.
