This is a 13+ week assignment with 8-hour - day, night & evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care and a strong commitment to providing high-quality nursing services to residents.Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physicianAssist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility supportMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible resident outcomesAdhere to all facility policies and state/federal regulationsRequirements:Active LPN License in the state of New YorkMinimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care or nursing home settingMust be local to the Far Rockaway, NY areaAbility to work night, day & evening shifts (8-hour shifts)Strong communication and teamwork skillsCPR/BLS certification (preferred)
