About the Role The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors, and business goals. The strategist will work closely with product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life. Responsibilities Collaborate with UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Audit and assess current content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities. Inform and influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications. Develop flexible content structures, including mapping keyword-based content structures. Use data to implement strategies that meet business goals. Work with Marketing and UX teams to create best practices, content templates, and training manuals. Create and maintain product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration plans. Design and implement content creation and governance workflows. Qualifications 5+ years leading content strategy in a professional services environment. Strong organizational skills and structured thinking. Experience with content creation, best practices, and emerging trends. Understanding of content and design principles applicable to service industries. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience with user journeys, personas, research, and digital content ecosystems. Passion for storytelling and systems thinking.
