Sr UX Content Strategist
role at Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility. About The Role
The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors, and business goals. The UX Content Strategist will work closely with the product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life. What you'll do
Collaborate with teams including UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing to achieve organizational goals. Audit and assess current content ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities. Inform and influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications. Develop flexible content structures, including mapping keyword-based content structures. Use data to implement strategies that achieve business goals. Create best practices protocols, content templates, and author content training manuals. Manage product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content models, and migration plans; oversee an editorial calendar. Design and implement content creation and governance workflows and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll bring
5+ years of experience leading content strategy in a professional services environment. Exceptional organizational skills and structured thinking. Understanding of content creation, best practices, and trends. Strong grasp of content and design principles for service-based industries. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience with interaction design, user experience principles, and information architecture. Experience with user journeys, personas, and research. Passion for storytelling and systems thinking. Experience in omni-channel strategy and healthcare industry (preferred). Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Additional Information
