ServiceNow Developer, Mid Key Role: Work with Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) teams as part of the Service Operations Platform team to support and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments in the ServiceNow CMDB discovery process. Play a key role in building and maintaining the configuration management inventory. Create self-service support articles to assist users with discovery and visibility. Ensure excellent service at every customer interaction. Respond to technical stakeholder inquiries within service-level agreements. Educate stakeholders on tools, policies, and processes related to inventory management. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and custom app development. 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation and integration experience in ITSM, ITOM, and SAM within a government DevSecOps environment. Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS. Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Experience developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript. Knowledge of SQL, API development, REST architectures. Experience with Linux, AWS, scripting languages like Bash, and version control tools such as GitLab or GitHub. Secret clearance. Bachelors degree. Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start.

Additional Qualifications: UI/UX design experience. SQL expertise. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC. Knowledge of ITIL processes. ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA). Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Clearance: Applicants must undergo security screening; Secret clearance required. Compensation: Salary ranges from $69,300 to $158,000 annually, depending on factors like location, education, experience, and organizational needs. The posting closes within 90 days.
