Sr. Monitoring Analyst

Position summary:The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining analytical models and monitoring solutions to support the organization. This role combines data analysis with deep technical expertise to drive insights, streamline business processes, and ensure smooth operation of high-availability of financial transaction platforms.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialist to implement and optimize monitoring tools. A key aspect of this role is the ability to architect, configure, and manage rules and alerts within the various tools; Splunk, Dynatrace, SCOM, SolarWinds.Qualifications required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience. Experience with configuring monitoring tools such as SCOM, Dynatrace, SPLUNK and SolarWinds. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, technical support, and development of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms. Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power Platform, and AWS solutions. Knowledge of BI tools, data extraction and visualization tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation skills are essential, as the individual will deliver professional and informative reports that support decision-making in modifying rules/alerts. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey actionable insights.Physical demands and work environment:Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.Employees in this position will report to the Winston-Salem, NC office 3 days per week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
