Reports to the Manager Technical Support or Director of Information Technology. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining computer equipment, providing support and training to end users, and serving as a liaison with departments regarding PC needs and issues. Keep everyone informed. Be on their team. Key Responsibilities: Install new and replacement PC/server hardware and software, verify functionality, and provide user training. Maintain documentation and find network data jacks to connect devices. Diagnose and resolve PC hardware/software issues, reimage hardware, and coordinate with vendors for repairs. Install and troubleshoot printers, configure network settings, and resolve related problems. Provide excellent customer service, maintain records, and contribute to departmental effectiveness. Organizational Responsibilities: Participate in meetings, complete mandatory training, maintain certifications, and adhere to policies. Work overtime and flexible schedules as needed. Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; experience with hardware/software preferred. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Office environment, potential fatigue from computer use, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and physical ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
