The Associate Director, Commercial Engagement & Operations (CEO) will lead all CEO aspects of the CAPLYTA integration, spanning Incentive Compensation, Commercial Optimization & Deployment, and Commercial Operations & Reporting. You will be responsible for: Operating as the PMO for the Commercial Engagement & Operations (CEO) team for the CAPLYTA integration. Leading, managing, advising, and providing updates & recommendations on CEO deliverables to the broader CAPLYTA integration team. Ensuring the CAPLYTA IC plans incorporate all JJIM IC design, strategy and principles as supported by current North American Leadership Team (NALT) guidelines. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all CEO CAPLYTA integration deliverables. Partnering closely with Sales & Marketing Leadership, as well as Strategy Transformation & Analytics (StAT) functional groups, including but not limited to IC, COD, COR, Commercial Engagement & Data Transformation (CEDT), Strategy Insights & Analytics (SIA), Business Technology, Legal, HCC and multiple external vendors. Initiating and leading critical IC, COD and COR CAPLYTA related projects as needed. Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred. 8-10 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience required. Pharmaceutical experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Incentive Compensation, Commercial Deployment & Optimizations, Sales/Commercial Operations (Call Plan & Alignments), Field Reporting and Syndicated Pharmaceutical Data (i.e., IMS). Knowledge of the development, implementation & maintenance of sales incentive programs, which align to a budget and support the business objectives of the brand and franchise. Knowledge of the overall commercial deployment process including data sets for segmentation & targeting, inputs and handoffs, and analytical methodologies used to inform sales force sizing. Excellent communication skills (written and presentation), ability to consult & influence all levels of management without authority. Detail-oriented, ability to manage complexity with strong project management skills, including vendor management. Ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive output.
