Terminal Support Technician White Plains, NY Direct Hire $55,000-$60,000 Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, escalating complex technical issues when necessary. Provide remote training and onboarding for users on our payment processing platform Assist users with troubleshooting common issues such as login problems, connectivity challenges, and general user errors Respond to multiple live chat sessions concurrently Ensure timely follow-up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction Meet performance expectations related to quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, specifically terminals/payment processing. Skilled in providing live chat-based technical support with a strong focus on timely and effective resolutions Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering clear, concise, and professional chat responses
