Position purpose
This position will function as a team member of the IT Department. The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of infrastructure-related projects across GI Alliance. This includes managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication across cross-functional teams for IT initiatives such as Practice integrations, network upgrades, data center migrations, cloud implementations, cybersecurity enhancements, hardware rollouts, and systems integration. The position will have a direct impact on the strategic goals and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Lead IT Integration projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
Assist in developing IT infrastructure project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Assist in the annual strategic planning process for the company
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure team adherence to project timelines
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the onboarding practice and all stakeholders
Manage risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and change management processes
Establish and maintain relationships with practice team, internal team and with third parties/vendors
Identify opportunities for process improvement across the company
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Lead meetings, project status updates and stakeholder reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of Healthcare IT Project Management
Experience managing projects involving networking, servers, storage, cloud services, cybersecurity, IT systems, or hardware deployments
Experience working in healthcare IT or with compliance-sensitive systems a plus
Technical Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft o365, Smartsheet, Visio, or similar project management software.
Travel:
up to 50% travel

Effective verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
