Bringing Ingenuity to Life Job Description The Health Data Platforms team at PA Consulting is a leading provider of managed software services for healthcare quality measurement and reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive the development of our software products towards customer value within regulatory frameworks such as CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). This role involves applying ingenuity to build data platforms for the clinical and biopharmaceutical community, aiming to improve healthcare outcomes. Job Summary The CMS Regulatory Specialist will ensure our software and services provide customer value while complying with regulations and quality initiatives. Working closely with our product development team as a Product Manager, they will guide the creation and enhancement of healthcare quality measurement and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management, including product ownership within a software development environment, and extensive client interaction experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements, identify investment areas, and incorporate these into the development backlog/roadmap. Stay current with industry trends and CMS regulation changes to proactively address impacts on our products. Monitor and interpret CMS regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance. Act as the primary contact for CMS inquiries and audits. Provide training and support on CMS regulatory requirements and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in policy, regulatory affairs, information technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in healthcare quality measurement and reporting. Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment. Understanding of quality measurement and CMS quality reporting programs like MIPS, MACRA, and HEDIS, including regulatory expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Product management certification (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
