Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Jira Cloud Migration (W2) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
to lead and execute Jira Cloud migration initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of
technical expertise ,
project management acumen , and
leadership capabilities . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, and a proven track record in managing complex cloud migration projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the migration lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency. Drive change management and adoption strategies across the organization. Key Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Cloud Platforms:
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments. Jira & Confluence:
Advanced proficiency, including Jira automation and configuration. Migration Projects:
Demonstrated experience managing cloud application migrations. Architecture Understanding:
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and solution design. Project Management Skills: Planning & Execution:
Skilled in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Risk & Issue Management:
Proactive in identifying and resolving potential blockers. Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Agile Methodologies:
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum practices. Budget Oversight:
Competence in managing project budgets and financials. Leadership & Soft Skills: Team Leadership:
Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving:
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach. Preferred Certifications: Cloud:
AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent). Project Management:
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications. Experience: 8–10+ years
in technical project management, with a focus on cloud adoption. Experience working in
enterprise-scale
environments with hybrid or cloud infrastructures. Proven success in
customer-facing
