Equipment Documentation and Requirements Analyst

Description Our organization requires the service of an Equipment Documentation and Requirements Analyst. Responsibilities Analysis of emerging equipment capabilities and reviews, monitors, and maintains the documentation audit trail for all USAR Basis of Issue Plans for FY22. Responsible for coordinating between HQDA and OCAR FM Organizational Integrators (OIs) and compiling/forwarding all AR responses to HQDA in preparation for the Organizational Requirements Document Approval Briefing Council of Colonels and/or General Officer Steering Committee. Coordinated MTOE corrections with HQDA and USAR OIs for input to the out of cycle process. Analyzes, coordinates, and refines recommendations on Army requirements and authorizations documents. Produces and reviews data analysis products to ensure more efficient and resource-informed decisions. Creates and manipulates reports to support analytical findings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business, Education, Information Systems, Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance. 2-3 years of requirements gathering experience highly preferred. Proven experience in translating technology into functional/user interface and business requirements. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills – including ability to anticipate, assess, and determine solutions.
