Life Sciences Sr Staffing Business Development Manager We are seeking a full-time, remote Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager to support the North West Coast. The role involves developing new business and acquiring accounts by researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers. What You'll Be Doing:

Sell, research, and develop new account opportunities by understanding local market needs, future projects, and growth projections using tactical selling techniques. Establish relationships with prospects to succeed in acquiring their business and exceed key performance metrics. Maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities within current clients through active communication and understanding of their needs. Lead and collaborate with recruiters on techniques, performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions. Serve as the main contact for recruiters regarding client needs. Document all sales activities in CRM systems. Top Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the local/regional business environment Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written) Strong tactical sales skills, including cold-calling and sales acumen Relationship-building skills, especially with decision-makers and C-level executives Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Proven sales or full-desk experience 5-8 years in business development within life sciences, lab support, R&D, diagnostics, genetics, or bio-manufacturing workforce solutions Located in northern California, Oregon, or Washington Salary range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960, in accordance with state pay transparency laws. Final compensation may vary based on experience and location.
