Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Generate leads, prospect, and build an optimal sales pipeline. Develop long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms. Collaborate with teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs. Support customers during initial engagement phases and ensure client satisfaction throughout the relationship. Assist in market research and competitive analysis with regional teams. Follow all policies, standards, and ethical guidelines. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to establish credibility and trust. Skill and Experience Requirements
Proven success as a hunter in selling technology solutions & digital services in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. Consistent over-achievement of client acquisition targets. 12-15+ years of experience in selling digital & services within the region, preferably with a leading IT services & products firm, and experience working with distributed teams. Strong local contacts and access to industry associations in the region. Must have lived and sold in the San Antonio, TX area for at least 10 years. Ability to manage complex negotiations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Travel Requirements Regular travel to prospect and customer locations within the region to support sales activities and relationship building.
