Are you a Sales Manager or Inside Sales Leader who has scaled sales teams in a fast-paced or high-growth environment, or a Director of Sales who has built and optimized teams focused on SMB’s? Are you a Sales Manager with experience selling marketing services such as websites, SEO, and paid advertising, who has scaled a sales team through rapid growth while keeping morale and performance high? If you are an experienced Sales Manager who has delivered consistent ARR growth and thrives in founder-led organizations, this Sales Manager role for a high-growth marketing services company south of Salt Lake City may be a good fit! This SLC-based marketing company partners with medical practices to deliver revenue and patient growth through services like website development, SEO, paid advertising, and communication tools. They are experiencing massive growth and are looking to triple revenue in the next couple years. The incoming Sales Manager will be a key part of this trajectory, helping lead a transition from 10 to 25 reps while collaborating directly with the executive team to drive revenue. The right person for this role has high standards, understands selling marketing services, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is hungry to scale a successful team within a profitable company. What You Will Be Doing: Lead, manage, and mentor a growing inside sales team (10 > 25) Own team quota, close rates, and overall sales productivity Drive performance through 1:1s, call reviews, coaching, and strategic spiffs Analyze pipeline health and rep performance to create data-backed training programs Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and revenue strategy Align with product and fulfillment teams to ensure post-sale success and satisfaction Evaluate and optimize lead source quality and rep ramp cycles Reinforce and evolve a high-performance sales culture What You’ll Need: 2-5 years of sales leadership experience (as well as past individual sales roles) Background in marketing services or similar fast-moving SMB sales (selling to health providers a plus) Inside sales velocity environment with consistent quota ownership Building and scaling high-performing sales teams Data-driven coaching and performance management Collaboration with executive leadership Tech stack familiarity: CRM, lead data tools, and analytics platforms Ability to be onsite in American Fork What You’ll Get in Return: Competitive base salary + commissions/bonus 24 PTO days annually Lots of perks - team lunches, outings, and ski passes! 401(k) with 4% match 50% employer-paid medical and dental coverage Annual President’s Club trip (Cancun!), regular team spiffs and bonuses If you’re a builder, coach, and results-oriented sales leader ready to leave your mark on a growing company, this could be your next big move.
