Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small to large-scale projects in support of our product and operations partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate planning and execution, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects in support of our product and operations partners. Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way. Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented. Accountable for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations. Manage client's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Google suite.
Minimum Years of Experience- 3+
Must-Have Skills
Strong Project Management: Coordinate planning, execution, and stakeholder
discussions.
Excellent Communication: Verbal and written skills for proposals, reports, and
client negotiations.
Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to
team members.
Independent Worker: Self-motivated and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Production Process Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes and
quality control.
Business & Management Principles: Understanding of strategic planning,
resource allocation, and production methods.
Project Management Certification: PMP or PMI certification preferred. Vendor Management: Experience managing outsource vendors.
Degrees/Certifications
Required:Bachelors degree,
Preferred : PMI and PMP
