Spectrum is seeking a talented Program Manager to provide supervisory, consultative, and technical management support for our customer site in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will oversee all contract requirements and lead a diverse, high performing group of senior and mid-level professionals in a dynamic senior government environment.

Key Abilities And Responsibilities

As our Program Manager, you will:

Represent Spectrum as the primary interface and point of contact to our customer on technical and program/project issues. Meet regularly with senior government leaders/managers to advise on deliverables and issues across various projects. Frequently consult with and advise senior government managers and serve as our trusted advisor providing the analytical guidance required for completion of government programs and initiatives. Leverage your extensive experience to facilitate overall strategy development at the agency level.

Required Skills And Experience

8 years of project management experience of large-scale programs (Federal, State and Private Sector). Experience managing multiple contract types. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.

Security Clearance

Must be citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States. Active favorably adjudicated T1 U.S. Government background investigation.
