Summary Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. As part of our Business Operations group, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to deliver Apple technology to carrier partners. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring industry and macro trends to identify risks and opportunities for the business. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop new and improve existing sales tools for analyzing and monitoring business performance. You will help drive the execution of the overall sales strategy for growth accounts, analyze sales results and identify opportunities and insights to improve performance, and drive execution across teams to achieve it. You will provide analytics to manage trade-offs in times of product constraint.

5+ years of experience leading business planning, operations, finance, strategy, analytics and/or sales operations. Demonstrated success in relevant positions encompassing consumer/business intelligence, product marketing, product management, commercial management, finance and/or strategy planning. Possess a high level of numeracy and data management capabilities and excellent analytic and presentation/communication skills. Strength in managing complex cross-functional initiatives. Ability to see around corners and look beyond just today. Have an understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures. See the world through the eyes of the customer. Advanced Excel and presentation-building (e.g. Keynote) skills required. Tableau Desktop experience a plus. Experience in generating insights from large data sets and telling a story. Ability to lead and run effective sales processes and lead weekly and quarterly business reviews. Description Own business performance analysis for growth accounts - identifying variances, defining causes, specifying potential actions and their impact. Understand and show the impact of market, macro and competition on business performance over various time periods. Own perspective on key trends impacting end markets (industry structure, competitive behavior, consumer behavior, ecosystem economics, etc.). Understand implications of current and potential macro trends/events, and action plans. Run sales performance analytics and dashboards for sales leadership; highlight implications and suggest actions for improvement. Deliver analyses of sales performance (e.g., attainment, growth, growth vs. market/sub-market, share changes). Own enhancements of existing tools and development of new sales tools to manage and analyze business performance. Engage in supply allocation and analytics. Education & Experience Bachelors in Finance or a related field. MBA preferred. Additional Requirements

Domestic travel estimated to be 15% or more per year. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
