Perform all aspects of project-related cost management. Assist in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule. Monitor schedule and collaborate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones. Support the company’s Safety Program and participate in Safety training and meetings. Analyze workload and staffing levels proactively and work to resolve issues related to manpower. Develop strong relationships with clients by constant communication of schedules, financials, and construction progress. Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements. Keep management informed by providing monthly cost reports, including forecasting labor, subcontractor, and other project risks. Assist in developing, tracking, and completing the project QA/QC program. Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of the construction process, estimates, plans, and specifications. Estimating/Bids - incorporate junior estimator duties. Proven ability to achieve client satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities. Ability to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and BOND employees. Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines with accurate deliverables. Robust knowledge of scheduling, document management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Working knowledge of Coins and BIM 360 is a plus. Compensation: This role offers a salary between $135,000 and $155,000, plus healthcare and 401(k) benefits.
