GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.). This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps to ensure delivery on time and within budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman. Act as a liaison to the Construction Manager for subcontractor oversight when necessary or present on self-perform projects. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Resolve project issues and problems, coordinating between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards. Manage the team's performance to ensure regional profitability, collaborating with the RBM and using available tools. Generate reports on project status and owner satisfaction. Assist in the takeoff process and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities as needed. Coordinate and collaborate with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Operations Management. Conduct QA and QC inspections and provide training to uphold Tremco/WTI roofing standards, including areas like field applications, customer service, and reporting compliance. Maintain routine communication with the RBM regarding safety compliance, project approvals, personnel management, and issues requiring collaboration or escalation. SAFETY AND TRAVEL:

Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management, ensuring 100% compliance with all relevant codes, laws, and Tremco policies. Foster a safety-oriented culture resulting in zero safety-related incidents, including Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits. Willing to travel 100% of the area as needed.
