Secret Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement Project Management Plans and Integrated Master Schedules for project activities. Coordinate large-scale events on campus requiring detailed planning. Manage contractor personnel to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met. Assist in developing organizational process assets for Visitor and Access Control. Coordinate efforts among various project stakeholders related to Visitor Management and Access Control. Create training materials and track personnel training and access. Provide recommendations for business process improvements aligned with government and industry best practices. Prepare reports and documentation on project activities and process improvements. Review laws and regulations impacting FPS business processes. Identify opportunities to improve compliance with DHS and federal requirements. Lead discussions on topical issues for resolution by management. Perform quality control on deliverables. Assist in policy development and report preparation. Support training material development and revision. Assist in planning and monitoring program objectives and activities. Qualifications and Knowledge

At least 12 years of project management experience, including 4 years in security management of facilities and personnel. Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Criminal Justice, or related field. PMP certification preferred. Strong analytical, communication, research, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, and Project.
