Job Summary of the Sr. Product Manager As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing-related aspects of the products within the assigned product portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the assigned product portfolio. This includes developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics to ensure that products in the assigned portfolio achieve revenue and operating profit targets. Keys to success for the Senior Product Manager will be the ability to build successful partnerships with the sales force, develop relationships with key opinion leaders and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary based on voice of customer and emerging trends. This role may be responsible for both downstream and upstream activities. Secure alignment with the supply chain team on supply and inventory strategies. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and post-market optimization, ensuring continuous product innovation and relevance. Partner with RA/QA to gather insight from Post-Market Surveillance to monitoring and analyzing product performance in the real world to identifies areas for product design or manufacturing improvements. Ensure product claims table is updated and maintained to incorporate the latest clinical and health economic evidence. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all Axogen Quality Systems requirements. Fully adhere to all applicable FDA regulations, international guidelines and Axogen’s policies at all times. Marketing Programs & Promotion Collaborate with Marketing Communications on projects including content strategy, sales collateral and educational resources to execute broader initiatives. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to create content and messaging for promotions through various distribution channels (email, tradeshows and digital media). Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution of product strategies and market initiatives Routinely communicate with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices, and new product development updates.
