Responsibilities Address post-activation questions or issues with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a smooth handoff to long-term support when appropriate. Act as a product expert, using your knowledge to reinforce value, educate customers, and promote successful adoption. Contribute to the creation and ongoing improvement of outreach scripts, process playbooks, and implementation procedures. Track and categorize your customer portfolio, documenting progress, challenges, and opportunities in detail. Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership, including key insights for the C-suite. Identify trends across customer behavior, sales handoffs, and product usage to inform broader process and product improvements.
Required Skills : 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, customer success, technical support, or a related client-facing role. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office 365.
