Doral, FL Clearance Type:
TS/SCI Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Support USSOUTHCOM CN Acquisition Department's mission to develop, acquire, evaluate, and implement CNT technology solutions for operational and tactical customers, including funding and contract management. Support USSOUTHCOM's counternarcotics program, including development, acquisition, and deployment of requirements within the region, involving services closely related to inherently governmental functions. Assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies for equipment and services to meet USSOUTHCOM's CN operations across Latin America, managing various contract vehicles, and prioritizing requirements within a fiscal environment. Develop and shape contract documents such as Scopes of Work, Justifications, and Requirements to ensure long-term sustainment of CN capabilities. Evaluate acquisition strategies for cost-effectiveness and efficacy in meeting CN requirements. Oversee contract logistics and coordinate with agencies and offices to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of acquisition strategies. Assist in developing CN FYDP budgeting plans, including spending plans and congressional reports. Track progress against budgets, re-evaluate, and re-prioritize within fiscal constraints. Coordinate inter-agency actions to synchronize programs and prevent duplication. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, five years' experience in joint/combined operations, DoD operational planning, and knowledge of aerial/maritime interdiction and CN/CIT programs. Familiarity with inter-agency coordination, bi-lateral agreements, and USSOUTHCOM AOR experience preferred. Desired Qualification:
Spanish language proficiency is preferred. Seniority level
