The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the division, ensuring they align with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. This includes resource coordination, progress monitoring, and supporting accreditation and standards compliance. The role also involves improving project efficiencies and assisting teams in meeting objectives. Minimum Qualifications:

Proven project management skills with experience in tools like Microsoft Project or Asana. Ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. Knowledge of financial and resource management. Effective communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education or large organizations. PMP certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (40%) : Lead planning, execution, and closure of projects; develop project plans; monitor progress; report to leadership; communicate across teams; manage documentation; mitigate risks. Team Coordination & Administrative Support (20%) : Coordinate staffing and resources; support strategic planning; mentor team members; handle logistics and reporting; resolve operational issues. Police Accreditation & Standards (20%) : Maintain compliance with accreditation standards; manage documentation and audits; serve as contact for accreditation bodies; improve adherence to standards. Human Resources & Academy Administration (20%) : Oversee recruitment and onboarding; support academy operations; ensure compliance; coordinate training and development. Position Type:

Northeastern offers a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range is $59,423 - $83,935, dependent on experience and qualifications.
