The Creative X Program Managers are strategic leaders working closely with Creative X, Marketing, and Product teams to plan and manage brand foundations and cross-channel initiatives such as animation, iconography, illustration, typography, evergreen assets, and renders. They understand creative and design language, drive initiatives, ensure alignment with brand strategy, mitigate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality systems and projects.
Program Lead Responsibilities:
Understand overall company brand strategy, category-specific strategies, and their connection to business goals.
Manage an experienced program management team.
Lead and manage multiple projects, including planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Influence Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Channel Marketers on Go-to-Market plans to develop and implement brand foundations and core assets, ensuring alignment with objectives and strategic/creative direction.
Contribute to annual planning, prioritize projects, and coordinate resourcing needs based on impact, objectives, and team availability.
Define scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting, and actualization at the project level.
Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and cost control.
Manage creative reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
Anticipate team and program needs, prioritize competing needs, and identify strategic and creative solutions.
Serve as the key contact for Creative X, Marketing, Brand Strategy & Channel marketers, and agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Consult with cross-functional teams as a brand foundations expert and share best practices.
Manage relationships with external design/production agencies globally, ensuring contractual and quality standards.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years in Program/Project Management at a creative/design agency or in-house brand/marketing team.
3+ years of people management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, creative, marketing, technology, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
Experience building brand foundation or core assets programs that significantly impacted a brand’s trajectory.
Experience presenting to and influencing all organizational levels.
Proven leadership in motivating teams, building consensus, and managing conflicts.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working independently in ambiguous, collaborative environments and managing stakeholder dynamics within large organizations.
Experience in defining and improving processes and creating workflow efficiencies.
