TCA’s product offerings include vehicle service contracts, prepaid maintenance plans, vehicle protection products, and debt protection products. TCA is looking for a Risk Management expert to support its risk and product development needs. This position will be instrumental in supporting the growth initiatives of the company. Job Responsibilities Product development:

Supports creation and maintenance of all products offered. Oversees various pricing functions including testing rates for new programs as well as performing rate reviews for existing programs. Oversee product profitability and create loss reports that focus on frequency/severity using multiple factors as well as early warning reports, etc. Reserving Reporting:

Test accuracy of various reserve methodologies for existing products to determine appropriateness. Create various internal reports needed to support Financial Exams, AM Best ratings call, and other reporting needs. Modeling: Completes

modeling process related to pricing models, cash flow testing, asset/liability matching, ROE modeling, premium deficiency testing, etc. Management Reporting:

Experience in visualization techniques, profound in visual story telling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, creating data models, and understanding of business needs and processes. Data Integrity:

Has awareness of various financial source systems and how the data is stored and accessed. Provides insight to the design, development, and maintenance of systems impacting data. Identifies opportunities to leverage advancing technologies that can improve data quality and systems efficiency, producing deeper analysis, enhancing visualization and business reporting. Enterprise Risk:

Identify areas of risk related to TCA business. Develop controls with key personnel involved in risk. This includes participating as member of enterprise risk committee Leadership:

Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful. Operate with integrity by demanding the highest ethical standards from self and others. Set an example of having a positive attitude and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, analytics, and reporting. Has a broad and deep expertise in actuarial concepts and product knowledge, specifically in the automotive insurance industry Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field. Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management and possess strong analytical skills. Experienced in analyzing data and making strong recommendations based on findings, prioritizing tasks with shifting deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously and working independently with little guidance while still meeting objectives Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Office Applications including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Advanced to Expert proficiency to various data repository platforms (SAS/SQL/etc). Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, stoop, kneel, crouch and move about the facilities. Required vision includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Required to lift up to 10 lbs.
