Position: Project Leader 1

Location: Security and Electronic Systems (SES) Business Unit

This role involves designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, and more for diverse clients across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple electrical and electronic security system projects, including planning, execution, and oversight.

Lead project kick-offs, evaluate requirements, review designs, and ensure project milestones are met.

Coordinate procurement, track project schedules, and manage budgets and resources.

Collaborate with teams and clients, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Mentor and lead project teams, fostering professional development and accountability.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 5+ or 7+ years of experience depending on education level.

Experience managing diverse security system projects and teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a diverse environment and facilitate change.
