This executive role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, supporting affiliate operations, and leading regional partnership and M&A initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate business development and joint venture opportunities in Latin America. Support affiliate leaders with strategic planning, budgeting, and performance optimisation. Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide long-term regional strategy. Represent company interests on affiliate boards and ensure governance standards. Lead or support due diligence on acquisitions and other investment projects. Requirements

7+ years’ experience in industrial food manufacturing or agribusiness. Strong understanding of agricultural commodity markets. Experience working in developing countries; food distribution or processing preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English. Willing to travel internationally up to 30%.
