Job Description SALLY STORE MANAGER:
Starting at $21.00/hr, depending on experience.
By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Your Role As a Store Manager
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
Protect customers, staff, and assets by following safety and security protocols.
Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.

Requirements
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operations, finance, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
