Overview:
HGA's Healthcare (HC) practice seeks a BIM Specialist to support Revit modeling in our California offices. The role involves managing Revit models, supporting project teams, and collaborating with the Digital Practice Group to promote BIM standards and workflows.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up Revit models following HGA BIM standards.
Maintaining model health and troubleshooting issues.
Supporting BIM coordination and quality assurance.
Ensuring adherence to BIM execution plans.
Providing technical support and training to staff.
Managing model setup, maintenance, coordination, and closeout activities.
Requirements:
Associate degree with 2-5 years of Revit experience on architectural projects.
Knowledge of construction types and project workflows.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite.
Revit certification preferred but not required.
This position is not intended for individuals with a professional architecture degree.
Salary Range:
$26.16 - $41.63/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and disability programs.
