Key job responsibilities
Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work-stream. Demonstrate deep technical expertise in PLM architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy. Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations. Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business. Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders. Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience in developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. - Experience in developing Supply Chain systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
