We are hiring a strategic leader to oversee and evolve our enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This is not a technical, hands-on, keyboard-driven role — it’s a top-tier leadership opportunity with a massive business impact.

Top Priorities Unify IAM Engineering & Operations – Two previously split functions are now being brought under one leader. Rationalize Tooling – We are using 19 tools today; this leader will help retire 15+ of them and consolidate the stack. Lead with Vision – Inspire and guide the team through modernization and simplification. Drive SaaS & Platform-based IAM – Not legacy identity; we’re looking for someone who understands cloud-native, scalable identity platforms. Manage Identity for Humans and AI Agents – including certificates and authorization policies for both.
What We REALLY Want Not a keyboard warrior — this is all about strategy, communication, execution, and people leadership Proven IAM leadership at scale (15K+ users preferred) Experience consolidating IAM tools & processes Comfort with highly regulated environments (finance, insurance, healthcare) Track record of change leadership in security orgs Bonus if you hold CISSP, but it's not required Must understand modern IAM architecture (Okta, Entra ID, IGA, PAM, RBAC, passwordless auth, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Background Director / Sr. Director / VP of IAM or Information Security From Enterprise Level Companies of 8000 users or more Has led IAM teams of 20–50+ people Experience moving organizations from fragmented toolsets to centralized platforms Understands cloud IAM models (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, etc.) Bonus: Led IAM during a digital transformation or post-acquisition system unification Compensation: $300,000 per year
