Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
Provide top-tier client/customer service and hospitality to all clients and prospective clients.
Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients.
Conduct studio tours for new clients.
Support SLT instructors to ensure a seamless client check-in and class experience.
Maintain complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
Assist management with daily studio operations.
Respond promptly to studio emails and notify the Studio Manager as needed.
Understand SLT product knowledge, policies, and procedures for retail operations.
Perform basic Megaformer machine maintenance.
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization between classes.
Assist with retail inventory at month-end.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Perform other studio duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience with Mariana Tek software is a plus.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook.
Highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with team members, clients, and management.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Requirements
Minimum of three shifts per week, each at least 4 hours.
Flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Availability to work some holidays.
