Job Description
Supervise all field operations on industrial/mechanical construction sites Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contract specifications Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to solve field challenges Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and site documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
7+ years of field experience in industrial/mechanical construction, including 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of process piping, rigging, heavy equipment installation, and OSHA standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and P&IDs NCCER, OSHA 30, or similar certifications preferred What's on Offer
