DCG is seeking a
Manager or Senior Manager of FP&A
to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives across the company and its subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, providing key insights to senior leadership, including the CFO and Head of FP&A. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of
crypto, fintech, and venture capital dynamics.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at financial modeling, and can provide data-driven insights that shape business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Lead
financial planning efforts , including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct in-depth
financial modeling, valuation analysis, and profitability assessments
to support investment decisions and new business initiatives. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to drive financial strategy for
new subsidiaries, product launches, and investment opportunities. Support
capital allocation, M&A evaluations, and fundraising initiatives , working closely with the CFO and leadership team. Provide
real-time financial insights and strategic recommendations
based on data-driven analysis. Ensure
strong internal controls and financial reporting accuracy
across DCG and its portfolio companies. Track and
manage financial projects , ensuring execution excellence and adherence to deadlines. Partner with teams across
investments, operations, and technology
to resolve complex financial matters. Stay informed on
industry trends, including crypto, blockchain, and fintech developments , to enhance financial strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years
of experience in
FP&A, investment banking, strategic finance, venture capital, or fintech. Strong financial modeling skills
with a proven track record of analyzing financial statements and driving business performance. Exceptional problem-solving abilities
with a strategic mindset and creativity in tackling complex financial challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to translate financial insights for senior leadership. Highly
organized and detail-oriented , able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Experience with
crypto/blockchain financial platforms
