Our client is an established full-service design-build mechanical contractor currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team within the San Jose, California market. Job Duties and Responsibilities : Manage manpower, project coordination, technical advice, safety practices, quality control, and organization for plumbing and HVAC projects. Oversee project management of design-build / design-assist projects. Participate in preliminary job and safety walks, billing, and cost-to-complete meetings. Inspect and review projects to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, building, and safety codes. Provide cost proposals, engineering, and budgeting as necessary. Develop constructive and long-lasting relationships with general contractors and customers. Develop and lead effective teams. Education Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction. Experience Qualifications : 5+ years of onsite and industry experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HVAC, purity piping, and controls projects. Ability to work and travel to and from sites. Benefits Offered : Competitive compensation package.
