Our client, a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team on a fulltime, temporary basis. In this role, you’ll serve as the central hub for all contract activity—supporting the full contract lifecycle from intake and drafting through signature, archiving, and renewal. You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure contract consistency, mitigate risk, and streamline operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries across the organization Intake requests, assess complexity, and determine appropriate templates Draft, review, and negotiate standard agreements independently (e.g., CDAs, consulting agreements, service agreements) Route complex contracts or escalations to internal legal counsel Coordinate internal reviews and secure approvals from cross-functional stakeholders Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards throughout all phases Maintain accurate records and archiving within the contract management system Track key dates, support timely renewals and amendments Support broader process improvements and compliance initiatives within Legal Ops Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; legal studies or paralegal certification preferred 5+ years of contract lifecycle management experience Strong grasp of contract structure, legal language, and negotiation strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation is expected to

start

in the $50/hr plus range. The role is temporary in nature to start, and hybrid, appx 2-3 days on site, with increased onsite during onboarding period.
