Contracts Manager
to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initiation through archiving. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all contractual needs across the organization, independently managing simple contracts and collaborating with legal and business teams on more complex matters. The Contracts Manager ensures contracts are compliant with legal and organizational standards, while driving efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution. Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of entry for all contracting requests and assess contract complexity Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and select appropriate templates Draft, review, and negotiate simple contracts; escalate complex matters to legal stakeholders Manage full contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and terminations Ensure contracts meet legal and organizational standards Identify and escalate contract risks or ambiguities as necessary Facilitate internal reviews and approvals across departments Maintain organized and accurate contract records and archives Support process improvements and operational initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Life Sciences, or related field; paralegal certification a plus Minimum 5 years of contract management experience, including drafting and negotiation Strong understanding of contract language, legal terms, and standard formats Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritize effectively Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in contract management systems and tools preferred Seniority level
