Plan and execute peptide manufacturing activities as per schedule and budget, utilizing plant capacity efficiently. Ensure sustainable quality production with optimal plant capacity utilization. Monitor and reduce process TRT, Cleaning TRT, number of preps per batch on Prep HPLC, and improve yields and processes in Synthesis & Analytical Section. Coordinate with Purchase and Planning departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain daily interactions with departments for smooth operations. Ensure waste water disposal compliance as per in-house policy. Groom disciplined workforce and staff to meet growth targets. Develop innovative practices to increase productivity and enhance work culture. Maintain good documentation practices and adhere to cGMP standards. Review batch process records, SOPs, and other cGMP documents. Investigate deviations, change controls, and OOS issues. Implement and follow all safety instructions and practices. Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical) / B.Tech (Chemical) Experience:
