Director of Business Development
to lead growth initiatives across two critical market segments: Utility and Foundation Repair. This role is responsible for expanding utility sales of Grip-Tite anchors and related products through a network of distribution partners serving the electrical utility market, with a strong focus on public power—including Co-Operative and Municipal customers. The Director will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, identify new sales opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share and drive product adoption in the utility sector. In parallel, this role will oversee the expansion of our Foundation Repair business through a national network of authorized dealers. This includes developing, managing, and supporting the dealer network to ensure consistent growth and engagement. A key focus will be creating a strong support infrastructure—providing training, resources, and community development initiatives that empower dealers to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales leader with a clear vision and high energy, capable of building and motivating a high-performing sales team. Experience in either or both the utility and foundation repair industries is preferred. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader with a track record of driving revenue, forging lasting relationships, and creating scalable systems for growth. Check us out at
