Perkins Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You must have Commercial Construction experience as well as experience with projects running simultaneously ranging from $20m – $50m.

The overall site management of all assigned projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed, safely and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Support, lead and guide the project team, fostering a cohesive unit and ensuring good communication between administration and site management. Produce up to date and accurate monthly project reporting, project forecasts, cost forecasting, cash flow, variations approved and pending. Develop and maintain the construction program in liaison with the General Manager as well as short term look aheads. Completing all tasks as delegated and carrying out duties in accordance with Perkin’s safety, environmental and quality policies, safety principles, corporate values and strategies.
