Product Manager – Website Growth and Development - Hybrid
Please Note: This position is hybrid, in office 2 days per week; you must reside within driving distance of our office in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa, to attend meetings and team collaboration.
As a Product Manager focused on our website, you'll lead initiatives to enhance user experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). By guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across AAA's product lines—including Membership, Insurance, Travel, Discounts, Automotive, and Finance—you'll translate business objectives into strategic, data-driven web features that drive conversions, personalization, and member loyalty.

What You'll Do Lead the development and execution of our website product content strategy, SEO optimizations, and AEM development roadmap to ensure high-performing, engaging digital experiences.
Drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives using Adobe Target, including evaluating test viability, setting up tests with audience segmentation and personalized experiences, and delivering hands-on results to improve conversion rates.
Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics insights to measure performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations, leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
Contribute to or prepare executive-level presentations (e.g., PowerPoint decks) to communicate progress, results, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across all AAA product lines to align on requirements, priorities, and integrations that support broader business goals.
Facilitate planning meetings (IPMs) to discuss AEM engineering tasks, content development needs, and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Provide guidance to the product teams on page design, component usage, and best practices to support integrated marketing efforts and match company style guides.
Foster a results-oriented culture by leading team efforts, emphasizing ownership, accountability, and exceeding deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback integration to inform product roadmaps and innovation opportunities.
Oversee project timelines, agile processes, and cross-functional coordination to launch features on time, with a focus on quality, scalability, and measurable impact.
In your first 90 days, you'll dive into our AEM roadmap, lead an A/B testing initiative via Adobe Target, establish key stakeholder relationships, and deliver quick-win optimizations to demonstrate results. What You'll Need Proven experience in product management, with a focus on website development, digital marketing, or CRO (3+ years preferred).
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM/AEP, Target, Analytics, RTCDP, or equivalent platforms (e.g., similar content management, testing, and analytics tools).
Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to drive decisions and measure success.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding goals.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and personalization strategies, including audience segmentation and A/B testing best practices.
Proficiency in creating strategic documentation, such as roadmaps, user stories, process flows, and executive presentations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and thrive in a matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, IT, or related field—or equivalent education/work experience.
#LI-DI The starting pay range for this position is: $129,400.00 - $172,000.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. .
