Digital Personalization & Marketing Automation Specialist

with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud tools, particularly Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This individual will be responsible for driving personalized, data-driven experiences across email, web, and mobile channels by leveraging customer data and behavior insights. Additionally, this person will lead and mentor a small team, enabling various product line strategies across our digital channels and platforms. What You Will Do

Personalization Strategy & Execution Design and implement personalized experiences using Adobe Target and Journey Optimizer across web, email, and mobile. Build and manage end-to-end marketing journeys based on real-time signals and customer attributes. Customer Segmentation & Data Activation Leverage Adobe Real-Time CDP to create and manage rich customer profiles. Segment customers using behavioral, demographic, transactional, and engagement data to drive targeted experiences. Campaign Management Develop, test, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and conversion. Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with business goals. Opportunity Discovery & Analysis Analyze customer journey data to identify friction points and growth opportunities. Proactively surface new segmentation or personalization opportunities to improve performance. Technical Integration & Tag Management Work with engineering and analytics teams to ensure proper data collection and platform integrations. Ensure Adobe tags and data layers are correctly configured to support targeting and measurement. What You Will Need

Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), audience segmentation, and cross-channel personalization. Experience with email marketing, on-site targeting, and mobile push/in-app messaging. Proficiency in building and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests. Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Target, Real-Time CDP, etc.) - Preferred. Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch) - Preferred. Background in eCommerce, financial services, or another data-rich industry - Preferred. #LI-KA-1 The starting pay range for this position is: $117,600.00 - $156,400.00 Additionally, for full-time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance.
